The staff was friendly enough, a detail I did expected.
The room felt pretty cramped. It was difficult move with luggage. The noise at night made rest difficult. I could hear sounds outside.

The hotel sits a short walk from major attractions. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel provides a complimentary wine, a nice touch. Our room kept VERY nice and neat.
The lift creaked, so its aging is starting to show.

the location was perfect. everything i needed was close by. i really enjoyed how friendly and helpful all the staff were. the room was clean and i found it comfortable.
the room was quite small. it felt a bit cramped, especially with luggage. a bit more space would improve the stay.

The daily breakfast included diverse options. I saw fruits, yogurts, pastries, eggs, sausages, and breads! The staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and redone every day.
The street outside was a bit noisy at times. I noticed the sound isolation was not the best.

a slightly disappointing experience
missing minibardim lighting
The minibar was missing. I expected it, and its absence was felt. the ice machine was broken , quite inconvenient, especially during the warmer days. also, i found the lighting in the room too dim. these small issues added up to a stay that didn't quite meet my expectations.

The staff were helpful. They assisted with directions. my room included l'occitane welcome amenities. This was a luxurious touch. the location was excellent. I could easily walk to the eiffel tower and trocadero.
The room felt small. the sound isolation was poor. I heard street noise. the breakfast buffet lacked variety! some items tasted bland.
